You say you aren't a film critic, but I disagree, this is such a great and descriptive read - and same as Angele, I dislike gore, but really want to watch this!
I hate the differences between men and women on the beauty scale. My brother and I have premature grey hair as it runs in the family. He did get it worse than me but he let his grow out fully in his early 20s and was called "silver fox". Twenty years on and me now being 40 I let my roots show a bit in between hair dyes and get told I am "letting myself go" 🤣
Oh that really grinds my gears. It's wild that men can just walk about in the world just as they are and no one says a word. But if a woman lets her hair go grey, doesn't shave her legs, and eschews make up, she's 'let herself go'. It's perverse! Our natural selves should be the default, anything else should be the surprising thing!
