Thank you so much. Kaye is such a great photographer, I'm so happy to have introduced you to her work. And yes, I agree! I find tooth gaps really charming and eye-catching. I get mine from my grandfather which makes it even more special!

Hi Lex, thank you for your latest newsletter. I enjoyed reading it. I agree with you about ubiquitous remodelled and tweaked faces. It may even be an insult to our families to no longer want to look like them. I particularly appreciate mature hands with natural nails. I really worry about mail health as well as eye health with the use of false eyelashes being so popular. Thank you for your intelligent approach to research and treatment for rosacea sufferers.

Thank you very much for your comment. I tried eyelash extensions once and they drove me BONKERS. I ended up pulling them out without realising I was doing it (which of course really damaged my real eyelashes), so not worth it for me!

I had no idea you could develop resistance to metrondiazole and invermectin - I will be asking my derm about that ASAP! Thank you so much

I've heard mixed opinions on this so definitely check with your derm! Thank you for commenting x

Is invermectin what’s used for scabies treatment?

Yes, it's commonly used as a worming treatment in horses as well! It's used for quite a lot of things. For rosacea, it's used primarly to target the demodex mites living on our skin - everyone has them but rosaceans tend to have more than a regular person. It's not known whether the mites are a cause of or a result of rosacea, there's still a lot of debate about it.
