Do you find that the La Roche Posay Dermo Cleanser removes sunscreen on its own? (I just started using the Beauty of Joseon sunscreen that you've recommended often - it's so good!)
Hello! So pleased that you're loving the BoJ sunscreen, it's flipping fantastic isn't it?
Personally I find that the LRP cleanser does remove sunscreen by itself, but if I'm wearing sunscreen PLUS make up, I'll usually go for a balm or oil cleanser just to make sure everything's been removed.
not a Q but a HUGE thank you for hosting the rosaceacon last year!! thanks to that I finally found my SPF (Ultra Violette Future Fluid spf 50) and the fab It Cosmetics silk powder to put on top! Since I’m super pale I actually the Dr Jart mineral colour correcting pomade in SPF 30 on my cheeks on top, which really helps with lightening my face to my natural colour :) Also makes me feel extra ‘SPF-ed’ and helps hide my flushing throughout the day. Couldn’t live without them all now! A recommendation I have for evening moisturiser (and a soap substitute for AM and PM) is the doublebase gel emollient - it’s my go to whenever I’ve got to strip back and let my face calm down from a flare up, alongside the purito oat-in calming gel.
Meg this is such a lovely comment (and weirdly I was only thinking about RosaceaCon the other day!) I'm so pleased that the giftbag came through for you with those fantastic products.
I've not heard of the Doublebase product you mentioned but will investigate - thank you! x
It is pricey but I have used Dr Sam’s brightly serum (azelaic, vit c, bakuchiol) and liked it. It comes in a pump which I find best for getting product / knowing how much you like to regularly use. I’d suggest using it at night and not under makeup as azelaic will pill with other makeup trying to look elegant on top of it
The Naturium one (this one: https://amzn.to/3RWTRbu) is my go-to at the moment. I probably use it 2-3 times a week and I apply it in the morning (mainly because I apply my retinal at night). It's a really lovely formula and my skin gets on with it really well.
I'm interested in reapplying SPF. Summer is fast approaching and I put SPF of course, but then make up. I am trying to figure out hot to reapply SPF on top of that. If you have any tips, much appreciated :)

Do you use azelic acid nightly anymore? If so do you have a brand you recommend? Thank you

Thank you for sharing your recommendation Polly, it makes me so happy to see people helping each other out here!!
I use finacea Azelaic acid 15% prescription from the doc. It’s a good one and widely recommended :)
Thank you for sharing your recommendation Linsey! x

This is very good question and one that the wonderful Michelle (AKA LabMuffinBeautyScience) has covered in-depth here: https://www.instagram.com/labmuffinbeautyscience/reel/DYFBHklvJKP/
I hope this helps x
