Rosacea Clubhouse: May '26 Q&A
Your monthly space to ask a question or suggest a topic for an article
Oh hi. It’s the last Tuesday of the month, which means it’s time for the Rosacea Clubhouse. I offer this space up at the end of every month so you have a place to come to ask any questions, or suggest topics for future articles. Have you always wanted to know about gut health and the skin? Or how hormones affect rosacea? Or how to use colour correctors to minimise redness? This is the place to ask.
I’m hoping as more people join us here, this will become a place where we can all share information, where you can get access to others who look and feel like you do, so please share the link with others who may find it useful and tell them to subscribe and join in!
I’m just one person, but if I’ve learned anything over the last 21 years, it’s that we’re stronger as a community, and finding others to lean on and chat to is invaluable.
Feel free to step into the comments and ask a question or leave an article suggestion! Even if you don’t have a question, please do come and say hi and tell me where in the world you’re from, it would be lovely to virtually meet you all!

Do you find that the La Roche Posay Dermo Cleanser removes sunscreen on its own? (I just started using the Beauty of Joseon sunscreen that you've recommended often - it's so good!)
not a Q but a HUGE thank you for hosting the rosaceacon last year!! thanks to that I finally found my SPF (Ultra Violette Future Fluid spf 50) and the fab It Cosmetics silk powder to put on top! Since I’m super pale I actually the Dr Jart mineral colour correcting pomade in SPF 30 on my cheeks on top, which really helps with lightening my face to my natural colour :) Also makes me feel extra ‘SPF-ed’ and helps hide my flushing throughout the day. Couldn’t live without them all now! A recommendation I have for evening moisturiser (and a soap substitute for AM and PM) is the doublebase gel emollient - it’s my go to whenever I’ve got to strip back and let my face calm down from a flare up, alongside the purito oat-in calming gel.
