I agree that tanning is ABSOLUTELY BONKERS. What is even more insane is that I have colleagues that do it (sunbeds - eek!) despite working in cancer care 🙈

I cannot believe that people who see people suffering with cancer every day would do anything so stupid - it blows my mind!!

I also got my ears pierced (second hole in each lobe) and my rosacea went a bit crazy, too. I hadn't considered it a trigger until reading about your experience. All is well at the moment now that I have replaced them.

Thanks for your newsletter.

Thank you for reading it! I'm so glad it wasn't just me, it took a while for me to connect the dots. Always discovering new triggers, even after 20 years. Isn't rosacea fun?!

Hello and thank you! So pleased I could help with some discounts on those great products. The Erborian in particular is so great as you need so little, so the tube lasts ages!

Thank you for the recommendations - you're the second person to recommend 'until I kill you' in two days so that's going on my watch list! x

Thanks so much for writing these, I always enjoy reading them :)

Can I ask if you got the regular walking pad or the shock absorber version? Thanks for sharing a link to it, I've been looking at them for ages but I've never been sure if which one to go for so it's helpful having a recommendation.

That's so kind, Catriona, thank you!

I got the regular one, I put in on a rug as it's a little loud on our wood floors but it seems fine on there.

Thank you so much Emma. I know, it's a big outlay in one go so totally understand! I went backwards and forwards on it for ages, but it's really helping me to move more so I'm trying to look at it as an investment.

Absolutely, I used to have a treadmill and like you said it's brilliant to get more exercise at home where you can monitor your skin and prevent a flare up by using a fan etc.

I'm saving for an LED mask and know how impulsive I am to click that link!!
